Are the packages really all inclusive?
Yes! Each package (with the exception of the Shotgun Wedding package) includes the shooting time, editing time, wedding website gallery of the images, preview disc of the images, wedding album, and high resolution disc with reproduction rights. This arrangement allows me to be of complete service to you in a way that minimizes your stress… kind of like an all inclusive resort!

What if I want a certain time package but I don’t want the album?
We understand brides have unique needs. We’ll be happy to custom fit a package and adjust our services to meet your desire.

Will Shawn be there for the duration of my event?
Yes, I will be your photographer on the day of the event. Unlike some photographers, I devote all my energy and talents to you on your special day by only booking one event per day—yours.

What if I decide during the event that I want Shawn to stay additional time?
Because Shawn only schedules one photography event per day, it is usually no problem at all to extend photography time past the contracted time at a rate of $190 per hour. Of course there can be exceptions, so if you forsee the possibility of needing additional time, its best to tell Shawn in advance if possible.

Will Shawn have backup equipment?
Shawn always carries three professional cameras and numerous professional lenses and flashes to every event for his and your peace of mind.

Does Shawn work with an assistant?
Yes. Shawn’s assistant helps with lighting, posing subjects, shot details and managing equipment.

When will I get my album and CD?
We understand it pleases the bride and her guests to see pictures of the celebration as soon as possible while the memory of the special event is still fresh in their hearts. For that reason, 14 business days after your event, the images will be available in your wedding website gallery. Within 45 days after your wedding, you will receive your preview disc in the mail and an album selection chart so you can select the images for your album. After Shawn receives your album selection chart, your completed album and high-resolution disc will be delivered within 90 days or less.

Will my images be retouched?
Absolutely. If necessary, any images included in your album will be retouched free of charge.
